“And do not neglect our meeting together….”
It is for our benefit that the writer of Hebrews encourages us to keep meeting together – especially as we see ‘the day’ approaching. Being connected in to a fellowship of believers strengthens and encourages us in our Christian walk. This is an invaluable part of being a believer of Christ.
Sunday morning is a good start, but it isn’t the whole of church life. The friendships that carry you are usually made somewhere smaller. Here is where that happens at C3 Destiny.
Connect Group
Tuesdays, 6.30pm · Downstairs in the Hub
Our midweek group for everyone — a smaller room to study, pray, and get to know people properly.
Betterman — men’s connect group
Wednesdays, 6.30pm for dinner, 7.00pm start · Upstairs at the church
Men coming together for fellowship around food and growing in His Word. Iron sharpening iron. Come hungry.
Daughters of Destiny — women’s connect group
A space for women to grow in faith, build real friendships, and support each other to be all God created them to be. Daughters of all ages are welcome. Three groups run each week:
- Tuesdays, 1.30pm – 2.45pm · Upstairs at C3 Destiny with Ps Jackie · For daughters of all ages
- Thursdays, from 10.00am · Mums & Toddlers group · Location moves between parks and homes
- Saturdays, 9.00am – 10.30am · At the Coffee Hub
This term we are looking at the Beatitudes. An online group is in the works too — if that would suit you better, let us know.
Youth Group
Fridays, 5.00pm – 6.00pm · The Coffee Hub · Ages 12–17
Icebreaker games, faith-based discussion in a casual setting, and room to ask real questions in a supportive and respectful environment. Youth Cafe runs beforehand from 4.00pm with free milkshakes and food.
Check out the ‘What’s On’ page. If you would like more information on ways to connect, call 02 4861 7460, or speak to Ps Nick or Jackie at the church.
